S&P Global Ratings (Frankfurt) announced on April 25, 2023 that it affirmed its 'BBB' credit ratings on Takarék Mortgage Bank Co. Plc's Hungarian mortgage covered bond program and related issuances, while it removed the ratings from CreditWatch positive. At the same time the outlook on the covered bond rating was set to positive.
