Launches New “Security Connections” Webcast Series

SANTA CLARA, Calif., – August 25, 2011 – McAfee today has announced that nine new partners have joined the Security Innovation Alliance (SIA), the McAfee technology partnering program. In addition, McAfee is also delivering enhanced resources for customers and partners by launching its new webcast series “Security Connections.” In this webcast series, customers learn how McAfee works with SIA partners to lower the cost of ownership and operations through smart integrations that have been inspected by McAfee to ensure adherence with best practices. Additionally, the McAfee Compatible Solutions Center continues to grow and serve as a useful resource for customers looking for third-party security solutions integrated with the McAfee product portfolio.

In addition, partners Tiversa, Reflex Systems, Rev2, and Solera Networks now have “McAfee Compatible” solutions and have been promoted to Technology Partner status in the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance program. McAfee has worked with these partners to validate their integrations for their adherence to best practices for integrating with McAfee products.

Finally, McAfee has also welcomed Anomalous Networks, Reflex Systems, and Rev2 to its SIA Sales Teaming Program. Partners in the SIA Sales Teaming Program complement the McAfee product portfolio, and enable the McAfee sales force and channel to drive more complete security solution relationships with enterprise customers.
