ROME, March 11 (Reuters) - Vincent Bollore fully exited Italian financial services group Mediobanca in early 2022, the conglomerate owned by the billionaire's family Bollore said in a slide from a full-year results presentation.

"In early 2021 the Bollore Group sold an additional 2% of Mediobanca for 192 million euros. The remaining shareholding of around 2% was sold in early 2022 for 188 million euros," the group said in the slide.

Bollore started reducing his stake of just under 8% in the Milan-based bank in 2019, after quitting a shareholder pact. The latest available data showed he still held a 4.3% shareholding.

Italian billionaire Leonardo Del Vecchio is Mediobanca's single largest investor, with a 19.4% stake, the bank's website shows. (Reporting by Giulia Segreti Editing by Mark Potter)
