NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Dividend Declaration

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors declared a Final Dividend, Number 88, of 100.0 ZW$ cents and 0.1725 US$ cents per share payable out of the profits for the financial year ended 31 March 2022. The dividend will be payable on or about 28 July 2022. Disbursements to foreign shareholders is subject to Exchange Control Approval and payment guidelines for foreign payments. The timetable for the dividend payment is as follows:

The Group profit before tax (excluding the profit on the distribution of subsidiary and disposal of investment in Mentor) for the year ended 31 March 2022 is estimated at ZW$5.7 billion and ZW$5.0 billion in historic cost terms and inflation adjusted terms respectively. The financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 are expected to be published on or before 29 July 2022.
