Meitec Corporation reported earnings results for the first quarter June 30, 2016. The company has reported that profit attributable to the owners of the parent for the first quarter June 30, 2016 was JPY 1.54 billion, or JPY 52.63 per share, compared to JPY 1.4 billion, or JPY 46.36 per share, for the same quarter ended June 30, 2015. Net sales for the first quarter June 30, 2016 were JPY 21.82 billion, compared to JPY 20.78 billion for the same quarter ended June 30, 2015. Operating income for the first quarter June 30, 2016 was JPY 2.4 billion, compared to JPY 2.29 billion for the same quarter ended June 30, 2015. Total assets as of June 30, 2016 were JPY 61.29 billion, compared to JPY 64.47 billion as of March 31, 2016.
For the year ending March 31, 2017, the company expects profit attributable to the owners of the parent of JPY 7 billion, net sales of JPY 90.50 billion and net income per share of JPY 238.39.
