Mentiga Corporation Berhad announced the appointment of Tuan Haji Yaacob Bin Sa'rani as Group Managing Director. Date of change is March 1, 2019. He started his career as a credit officer in Affinbank Berhad in 1984. He was promoted as Branch Manager in 1992 and served in that capacity for a few branches before being promoted to a Business Centre Manager in 2003. In 2004, he left Affinbank to join Southern Bank as Regional Manager Operations. He was with consulting firm from 2005 to 2013. He joined MCB in 2013 until present.
