(OTCPK:EWLU) announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreement for a private placement of 1,000,000 shares at a price of $1 per share for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 on September 7, 2020. The transaction will include participation from Charming Life International, LLC. The company will issue securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D.
