end of conversion of domestic unsecured convertible bond.
If the payout ratio is affected by changes to shares of stock issued
resulted from domestic unsecured convertible bond, stock repurchase and
issuance of restricted stocks to employees, any adjustment is at the
discretion of the chairman of the Board with the authorization of the
Board of directors.
