Metals Australia Ltd is an Australia-based company, which is focused on the exploration and development of its Lac Rainy flake-graphite project in Quebec, a project placed for the future delivery of battery grade graphite to the North American lithium-ion/EV battery market. It is also engaged in advancing its lithium exploration projects in the James Bay region of Quebec and at its advanced Manindi battery minerals and metals project and the Warrambie project in WA. It operates in two segments: Australian Projects and Canadian Projects. Its Lac Rainy project consists of a contiguous landholding of approximately 92 mineral claims covering an area of approximately 45.5 square kilometers (km2) located 22 kilometers (km) south-west of the historic mining town of Fermont in graphite mining regions of Quebec. Its Corvette River Lithium Project is located in the James Bay lithium region of Quebec, Canada. Its tenements include the 100%-owned East Pontois, Felicie and West Pontois projects.
