MetalsGrove Mining Limited is an exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of its portfolio of lithium, rare earth, copper-gold, manganese, and base metal projects in Western Australia (WA) and the Northern Territory (NT). Its projects include Upper Coondina (WA) - Lithium, Tin & Tantalum Project; Bruce (NT) - Rare Earth, Gold-Copper Project; Box Hole (NT) - Rare Earth & Base Metal Project; Edwards Creek (NT) - Copper-Gold & Base Metal Project, and Woodie Woodie North (WA) - Manganese Project. The Upper Coondina Project is located 85 km south-west of Marble Bar in the East Pilbara district of WA. The Bruce Project is located within the Central Desert Region of the Northern Territory. The Box Hole project is located within the Barkly Region of Northern Territory and covers an area of approximately 12,708 ha. The Company also has an agreement to acquire over six contiguous and prospective lithium-tin-tantalum claims in Zimbabwe.
