Zioncom Holdings Limited Appoints Kwong Chun as Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee Nomination Committee and the Compliance Committee

The board of directors of Zioncom Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Kwong Chun Man has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee of the company and a member of each of the remuneration committee of the company, nomination committee of the company and the compliance committee of the company with effect from 26 June 2019.
