Metawater Co., Ltd. announced that at a meeting of the board of directors, held on May 23, 2017 resolved to make the prospective members of the board. The company increased the number of independent outside directors from two to three. The prospective members of the board will be officially appointed approval at the regular general shareholders meeting to be held on June 27, 2017 and at the up coming board of directors meeting. The company appointed Fumiko Kosao as Independent Outside Director to its board. Prior to joining to the company, Fumiko Kosao was registered as Certified Tax Accountant of Taxation Bureau. The company announced retirement of Haruo Matsuki as Chairman and Representative Director and gives new title as Senior Advisor. The company also announced the retirement of Tomoyasu Kida as Vice-Chairman and Director and gives new title as Senior Advisor.
