METAWATER Co., Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors Meeting, held on March 30, 2016, resolved to make the following Representative Director changes. The changes will be officially approved at the regular meeting to be held in July 2016 and at the upcoming Board of Directors Meeting. The company announced that Tomoyasu Kida will be appointed as Vice Chairman and Director from the present position of President and Representative Director, President and Chie Executive Officer and Yasushi Nakamura will be appointed as resident and Representative Director, President and Chie Executive Officer from the present position of Director, Senior Executive Officer.
