The Company designs and builds projects for general construction of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings as well as infrastructure works. It operates through three segments: Construction and trading, Property development, and Others. The Construction and trading segment designs and builds, civil engineering, general construction, piling activities, trading of construction materials and manufacturing of Industrialized building system (IBS) precast products. The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Others segment includes Investment holding and dormant. Its subsidiaries include MGB Construction Sdn. Bhd, which is engaged in Civil engineering, design and build and general construction activities and MGB Construction & Engineering Sdn. Bhd, which is engaged in trading of construction materials.
