Certain Common Stock of Midac Holdings Co., Ltd. are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 25-APR-2022. These Common Stock will be under lockup for 90 days starting from 25-JAN-2022 to 25-APR-2022.

In connection with the general offering, Hiroyuki Kumagai, a stock lender, Katsuhiro Kumagai, and shareholder of the Company Fons Asset Management Co., Ltd. have agreed not to sell shares, securities that can be converted or exchanged for shares, or securities that represent the right to acquire or receive shares, from the period that starts on the date when the issue price is decided until the 90th day from the delivery date of the general offer, without the prior written consent of Okasan Securities Co., Ltd.
Midac Holdings Co Ltd is mainly engaged in the waste disposal business. The Company operates through three major business segments. The Waste Disposal segment is engaged in the provision of waste disposal services via its facilities. The Waste Collection and Transportation segment is mainly engaged in the collection and transportation of waste. The Brokerage Management segment provides operator introduction services to the processing company. The Waste Disposal segment consists of intermediate disposal of waste and final disposal of waste.
