Midac Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6564) signed a basic agreement to acquire Yanagi Sangyo Co., Ltd from Masatoshi Yanagi on September 24, 2021. Midac Holdings will acquire all 5000 shares in Yanagi Sangyo. Share transfer agreement is planned to be signed on October 21, 2021 and the completion is expected on October 21, 2021 as well. If the Share Acquisition is carried out as planned, the impact on consolidated business results of Midac is considered to be minor.

The Brokerage Management segment provides operator introduction services to the processing company. The Waste Disposal segment consists of intermediate disposal of waste and final disposal of waste.
