Middlefield Can-Global REIT Income Fund Stock

Middlefield Can-Global REIT Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end investment trust. The Investment objectives of the Fund are to provide unitholders with stable monthly cash distributions and to enhance long-term return through capital appreciation of the Fund's investment portfolio. The Fund, through an investment strategy which is focused on primarily equity-based securities of issuers operating in the Canadian and global real estate sectors. At least 30% and up to 70% of the Fund's assets are invested in an actively managed diversified portfolio of securities of approximately 20 publicly-listed real estate investment trusts and other real estate-related issuers by market capitalization globally. The Fund offers a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP) for unitholders. Middlefield Capital Corporation SSR LLC is an advisor of the Fund.
