MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSXV:MVM) ('MillenMin') has announced that as of April 15, 2020, MillenMin, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Milestone Value Management (Canada) Inc. (together with MillenMin, the 'Company') amended its agreement (as amended, the 'Agreement') to acquire a 90% interest in a commercial property located at 5700 block on No. 3 Road in Richmond, British Columbia (the 'Property') to extend the subject removal date to June 15, 2020 and the completion date to June 30, 2020 or, for both dates, such date as may be agreed to by the parties.

The amendment also allows the sellers of the Property to terminate the Agreement on notice up until the removal of subjects. MillenMin continues to work towards obtaining conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and will provide further updates with its progress. Trading of MillenMin's shares remains halted on the Exchange and it is expected that the trading halt will continue until submissions to the Exchange for the Transaction have been completed to the satisfaction of the Exchange or until it determines otherwise in its discretion.
