("MIC" or the "Company"), a Canadian-based developer of alternative building technologies, using light-gauge steel ("LGS"), is currently in discussions with the Ministry of Health (MoH), Ghana, to confirm the project specifications for staff housing of all Health Ministry departments. The Company is pleased to announce that its technical team has returned from Ghana after conducting the relevant land surveys for construction of staff quarters for two hospitals - Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital and Tema General Hospital. MIC's team met with the authorities to review the land allotment for the project. The plan under finalization is for construction of executive and affordable housing for the MoH. The progress in Ghana and the contract prospects for MIC is viewed to be a commendable milestone for the Company.

Tema hospital authorities have expressed their desire to have approximately 620 units of two and three bedroom apartments constructed on the hospital property of approximately 26 acres. The land surveys have been completed and have been submitted to the MoH for their approval. The contract value is estimated at approximately US$20 million.  The detail project study will be commenced by Minaean's technical team as soon as the land allotment has been confirmed by the MoH.

The planning for construction based on the availability of 56 acres of land at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, which has expressed its need to construct about 5,000 units, is under progress.
