The board of directors of Ming Lam Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Lee Tao Wai has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, chairman of Audit Committee of the Company, and members of Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 31 July 2020 due to his pursuit of other business commitments.
