NH Hotel Group, S.A. (BME:NHH) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,031 shares, for €0.95 million. The program will expire on April 28, 2022, although the company reserves the right to terminate the repurchase program if, prior to that date, it had acquired the maximum number of shares authorized.
