Mitsubishi Electric Corporation Announces Executive Changes, Effective April 1, 2021

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced that, at its general meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 18, 2021, resolved the changes of Representative Executive Officers, Executive Officers and Directors as well as their division of duties, and also various organizational reforms effective April 1, 2021. The company appointed So Suzuki, Eiichiro Mitani, Shozui Takeno, Kunihiko Kaga, Katsuya Furuta and Kuniaki Masuda as new Executive Officers. The company announced resignation of Yasuyuki Ito as Representative Executive Officer Senior Vice President, Hiroshi Onishi as Senior Vice President and Masahiro Fujita, Shinji Harada, Takakazu Murozono as Executive Officers. Tadashi Matsumoto is appointed as Representative Executive Officer Senior Vice President.
