BEMAC Corporation and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of The Switch Engineering Oy from YASKAWA Electric Corporation.

BEMAC Corporation and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of The Switch Engineering Oy from YASKAWA Electric Corporation on October 20, 2023. Upon completion, BEMAC to be as majority shareholder, together with Mitsui in the share capital of The Switch.
