MMG Limited reported production results for the third quarter and year-to-date ended September 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported total copper cathode production of 11,671 tonnes, decrease 35% compared to a year ago. Total copper contained metal in concentrate production was 79,531 tonnes, decrease 6% compared to a year ago. Total zinc contained metal in concentrate production was 61,834 tonnes, unchanged compared to a year ago. Total lead contained metal in concentrate production was 10,659 tonnes, decrease 16% compared to a year ago. Total molybdenum contained metal in concentrate production was 1,369 tonnes, increase 16% compared to year ago.
For the year-to-date, the company reported total copper cathode production of 36,794 tonnes, decrease 33% compared to a year ago. Total copper contained metal in concentrate production was 225,044 tonnes, increase 4% compared to a year ago. Total zinc contained metal in concentrate production was 188,370 tonnes, increase 8% compared to a year ago. Total lead contained metal in concentrate production was 34,226 tonnes, increase 3% compared to a year ago. Total molybdenum contained metal in concentrate production was 4,061 tonnes, increase 119% compared to year ago.
