Mobiletron Electronics Co.,Ltd. announced the appointment of Jia-Chang Chan, En-Te Xu, Ri-Xin She as members of Audit committee, with effect from June 24, 2020.
MOBILETRON ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of automobile electronic components and electric tools. The Companyâs primary products include electronic control components, automobile security systems and industrial and automobile tools. These products are mainly used in the manufacturing of automobile engines, automobile and engine igniters, automobile rectifiers and regulators, thick film mixed integrated circuits (ICs), automobile engine sensors and around view monitors (AVMs). The Company mainly operates through two business segments: electronics manufacturing segment and electric tools manufacturing and trading segment. The Company mainly exports its products to the Americas, Europe and Asia.
