Modern Land (China) Co., Limited reported unaudited sales results for the month and seven months ended 31 July 2021. In July 2021, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 4,206.96 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 4,172.33 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB34.63 million. GFA sold for properties was approximately 414,054 sq.m., with an average selling price of approximately RMB 10,077 per sq.m. For the seven months ended 31 July 2021, contracted sales of the Group amounted to approximately RMB 25,769.41 million, of which, contracted sales of properties amounted to approximately RMB 25,456.64 million, whereas contracted sales of car parking spaces amounted to approximately RMB 312.77 million. Gross floor area ("GFA") sold for properties was approximately 2,492,180 square metres (" sq.m. "), with an average selling price of approximately RMB 10,215 per sq.m.
