Modulight extends its quarterly reporting and updates its disclosure policy accordingly

Since its listing, Modulight Corporation has published, in addition to the half-yearly report and the financial statements release required by the rules of the Nasdaq Helsinki First North Growth Market Finland, slightly shorter voluntary three-month and nine-month business reviews.

Starting with the first quarter of 2024, Modulight extends its reporting further by publishing interim reports for January-March and January-September with the same details as the half-yearly reports and the financial statements releases. The change is the result of the development of reporting in line with Modulight’s targets.
Modulight has updated the company’s disclosure policy accordingly. The updated disclosure policy is available on the company’s web pages at https://modulight.com/governance/#disclosure-policy.

Financial reports publication schedule remains unchanged:

• 1Q24 Interim Report (1–3/2024) will be published on 26 April 2024
• 1H24 Half-year Financial Report (1–6/2024) will be published on 16 August 2024
• 3Q24 Interim Report (1–9/2024) will be published on 18 October 2024
