Reorganization Plan and Disclosure Statement Filed by Molekule Group, Inc.

Molekule Group, Inc. filed a plan of reorganization with related disclosure statement in the US Bankruptcy Court on October 3, 2023. As per the plan filed, Administrative PostPetition Expense, US Trustee?s Fees, Administrative Claims ? Professionals, Priority Tax Claims, Unsecured Priority Wage Claims, Unsecured Priority Benefit Plan Contribution Claims, Unsecured Priority Consumer Deposit Claims, SVB Senior Secured Claims of $5.30 million, Trinity Secured Claims of $2.23 million and Warehouse Secured Claims of $0.24 million shall be paid in full in cash.

SVB Mezzanine Secured Claims of $30 million shall be paid on pro rata basis in the form of equity. General Unsecured Claims of $10.83 million shall be paid 1.39% of the allowed amount in cash. Intercompany Claims and Equity Interests shall be cancelled.

The plan shall be funded through cash in hand.
