NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF 2014 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT INFORMATION ON FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS-BASED REMUNERATION PLANS

Milan, 1 April 2015 - Moncler S.p.A. announces that as of today the 2014 Annual Financial Report comprising the draft Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statement as of 31 December 2014, the annual management report and the statement pursuant to Art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no.
58/1998, together with the Report by the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Report by the Auditing Firm, as well as the Report on Corporate Governance for the year 2014 and the Report on Remuneration have been made available to the public at the Company's registered offices in Milan, at 47, Via Enrico Stendhal, and at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting) as well as at the
mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "1Info" at www.1info.it.
The financial statements and/or summary reports of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the accounting reports of the main non-EU subsidiaries prepared pursuant to Art. 36 of the Consob Market Regulation no. 16191 of 29 October 2007 as subsequently integrated and amended, will be also made available to the public at the Company's registered offices pursuant to Art. 2429 of the Italian Civil Code, within the terms set forth by the applicable law.
The updated Information Documents regarding the financial instruments-based remuneration plans titled "2014-1018 Stock Option Plan for Top Management and Key People" and "2014-1018 Stock Option Plan for Italian Corporate Structures" and relevant tables drafted in accordance with scheme 7 of Annex 3A of said Regulation, including the information regarding the progress of such plans, have also been made available to the public at the Company's website (www.monclergroup.com, section Governance / Shareholders' Meeting) as well as at the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information "1Info" at www.1info.it, pursuant to Art.
84-bis, fifth paragraph, of the Consob Issuers' Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999 as subsequently integrated and amended.
