Monde Nissin Corporation reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 18,874.73 million compared to PHP 16,682.29 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 1,915.6 million compared to net loss of PHP 2,873.97 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.107 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.185 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.107 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.185 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was PHP 37,172.26 million compared to PHP 33,758.55 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 4,247.34 million compared to net loss of PHP 640.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.236 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.043 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.236 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of PHP 0.043 a year ago.
