MONETA Money Bank, a.s. announces that the General Meeting elected a new member of the Supervisory Board
The General Meeting of MONETA Money Bank, a.s. (the "Bank") held on 25 April 2023 elected Ms. Kateřina Jirásková as a new member of the Supervisory Board.
Ms. Jirásková has extensive experience in executive and non-executive roles within PPF Group, in both financial and other sectors. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of the entire PPF Group and as the Chairwoman of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of PPF a.s. She is also a member of the Management Board of PPF Financial Holdings a.s. and the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the PPF Foundation.
Ms. Kateřina Jirásková was proposed to the Supervisory Board by the Bank's Management Board based on nomination of the Bank's significant shareholder and following a positive assessment from the Nomination Committee of the Bank's Supervisory Board.
The election of a new member of the Supervisory Board is effective immediately.
