Moonbound Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company’s principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. The Company has two exploration projects and is seeking to acquire additional mineral exploration properties. The Company’s projects include the Yak Property, located in northwestern British Columbia, Canada, and the Strathmore Property, which includes seven mining licenses located in Namibia, South Africa. The Yak Property consists of three contiguous mineral claims that cover about 4,020.7 hectares of the Northwest Mining District of British Columbia. It also holds an interest in the Norrabees Lithium Project, which is located in the Namakwa District Municipality, Northern Cape, RSA, about 80 kilometers north of Springbok and directly south of the Orange River and the border with Namibia.
