Mooreast Holdings Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company has six divisions. The mooring division is the provision of designing, engineering, fabrication, supply and installation, and commissioning services for mooring systems to the offshore oil and gas (O&G) and marine industries. The rigging and heavy lifting division is the provision of rigging and heavy lifting equipment to customers in the offshore O&G, marine, renewable energy and construction industries in Singapore. The marine supplies and services division is the provision of mooring component products. The renewable energy division designs, engineers, fabricates, supplies and installs and offers commissioning services for mooring systems. The yard division is the provision of on-board fabrication, repairs and testing of equipment for marine vessels that dock at its waterfront site. The corporate level division is involved in the Company-level corporate services and treasury functions.
