MOS Utility Limited has received the signed service agreement with UP Cooperative Bank Limited. One of the most significant advantages of the BC model is its potential to drive financial inclusion by providing access to banking services to population groups that have traditionally been excluded, such as rural communities, low-income households, and women. MOS has set up a well-knit network of Team BC's spread over more than 25 states which is a vast network that would result in a massive impact in reaching last-mile consumers.

The announcement will provide access to banking services in the remotest area, reducing the need for travel to a Bank Branch. It also offers a range of services, including digital banking that might not be available locally. MOS will provide services to the citizens of Uttar Pradesh state under the specifications of work, conduct, requirements, standards, and operating procedures mentioned in the Agreement.

The new business agreement is also expected to have a positive impact on the revenue and profitability of MOS Utility Limited. The agreement, valid for a period of 3 years with provisions for extension, is expected to unlock new opportunities for MOS in the growing fintech landscape of Uttar Pradesh. Through a combination of cutting-edge technology, robust infrastructure, and unwavering commitment, MOS Utility Limited is poised to redefine the financial services landscape and empower communities across the state.
