Mota Group, Inc., formerly UNorth, Inc., designs, manufactures and markets consumer products, including recreational and commercial drones, smart wearables and mobile accessories for smartphone and camera users. The Company's principal divisions include MOTA, which develops, manufactures and markets recreational and commercial drones and other unmanned aerial systems, and TAMO, which designs, manufactures and markets wearables, virtual reality products, portable power products and mobile accessories, including smartwear and wearables, portable power products and mobile accessories. As of October 5, 2016, the Company offered a range of products, including four product lines, such as Drones and Unmanned Aircraft Systems; Smartwear and Electronics; Mobile Accessories, and Toys. The Company's commercial drones are adaptable for applications, including construction, agriculture, energy, cinematography, real-estate marketing, sports training, aerospace and defense, and others.
