SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - July 14, 2014 - Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI) received the Bronze International Design Excellence Award (IDEA) for the TLKR consumer two-way radio series. Motorola's DS4800 Series bar code scanner and the TC55 touch computer also were selected as finalists in this competition hosted by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA).

The IDEA program fosters business and public understanding about the impact of design excellence. IDEA is considered one of the most preeminent design competitions in the U.S. with a global reach.
