On January 25, 2021, MSA Great Britain Holdings Limited, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of MSA Safety Incorporated (the "Company"), completed the acquisition of Bristol Uniforms, a U.K.-based manufacturer of firefighter protective apparel.
