MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE OF INDIA LIMITED Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. at its meeting held on February 26, 2019 has recommended the name of Mr. P.S. Reddy as the MD & CEO and a Key Managerial Personnel of the company for a period of five years in place of Mr. Mrugank Paranjape who has decided not to pursue the opportunity of a second term as the MD & CEO of MCX. The said appointment shall be effective from the date of his joining, subject to the prior approval of SEBI and such other approvals as may be necessary. Mr. P.S. Reddy is a Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).
He has also served at various positions in Bombay Stock Exchange. He possesses over 30 years' leadership experience at BSE and CDSL. Further, Mr. P. S. Reddy is not associated with any other Director of the company.
On the basis of declaration received from Mr. P. 5. Reddy and the due diligence carried out, company hereby affirm that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
