Multi-Usage Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The Company operates through three segments: Property Development, Contracting and Others. Property Development segment undertakes the development of commercial and residential properties which are carried out by TF Land Sdn. Bhd. Contracting segment is engaged in the contracting works of construction projects which are carried out mainly to support the in-house works of the property development segment. Others segment is engaged in Investment holding and provision of management services. Its products include Fire Resistance Bricks, Precast Concrete Hollow Blocks and Ready-Mix Concrete, among others. It also offers property related management services, trades in furniture, cement products, various building materials, as well as hardware products and polished tiles. Its subsidiaries are Multi-Usage Property Sdn. Bhd., Multi-Mix Sdn. Bhd., among others.
