Slovenian department store chain Nama has appointed Mateja Erman as management board president, it said. The mandate of Erman, a former board member of Nama in the period between 2018 and 2021, will be for five years, the Slovenian company said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Erman will replace Simona Kozjek as of August 31, Nama said.

The new president of Nama will keep her position as director of trading subsidiary Nama In. The Slovenian company owns a department store in the centre of Ljubljana. Nama owned several other department stores across Slovenia which it sold in 2020.
