Nanfang Zhongjin Environment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300145) announced a private placement of A common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 824,250,034.86 on October 16, 2017. The transaction will involve participation from not more than 5 Specific investors. The issue price of the shares should not be less than 90% of the market price of the company's stock as of 20 previous trading days to issuance date, the final price is yet to be determined. The total proceeds should not exceed more than 20% of the total issued share capital of the company before issuance. The shares are subject to a hold period of 12 months from the issuance date. The face value of the shares is CNY 1.
