 The Company updated with the local government in the prevention
 and control measures of COVID-19; it is temporarily closed till
 2022/04/12.
 The Company will resume productions after being notified by the
 local government.
6.Countermeasures:
 The Company will adjust the resumption schedule in accordance
 with the regulations of the local government and closely contact
 with customers and suppliers; closely watch on the pandemic
 development and cooperate with local government regulations to
 take contingency measures to ensure the safety and health of
 the employees.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
 The above control measure has no significant impact on
 the Company's finance and business.
