Navigant announced the addition of a pair of former health system executives with broad health IT and revenue cycle operations experience to its Healthcare segment. Subra Sripada has joined Navigant as a managing director and technology effectiveness leader, where he will focus on expanding the firm’s health IT capabilities across payer and provider settings. Ian Stewart has joined Navigant as a senior vice president, supporting the firm’s revenue cycle consulting, business process management, and customer contact center solutions and services. Sripada brings more than 25 years of deep experience in optimizing IT in clinical and business domains and driving IT efficiencies post-merger and acquisition (M&A). He most recently served as executive vice president and chief information officer at Beaumont Health, where he oversaw the health system’s IT operations, strategic planning, and value acceleration. Stewart joins Navigant from R1 RCM, where he was responsible for revenue cycle operations for the company’s Illinois market, which included AMITA Health, a joint operating company formed by Adventist Midwest Health, Presence Health, and Alexian Brothers Health System. Prior to that, Stewart led Presence Health’s revenue cycle department, overseeing a rebuild of the front, middle, and back end of the health system’s revenue cycle. He also served as vice president of business systems, finance, and operations at Advocate Medical Group, where he designed, built, and managed a customer contact center with more than 400 full-time employees and 6 million annual phone calls.
