Nippon Computer Dynamics Co., Ltd. (TSE:4783) agreed to acquire Japan Computer Services, Inc. from Junichi Yoshikawa and other individuals for ¥387 million on November 10, 2023. The acquisition price of JCS's common stock is expected to be approximately ¥294 million to ¥387 million. Stock transfer execution date December 21, 2023.
