Amendment to the Procedure for Transactions with Related Parties

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed in the STAR segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today's Board of Directors' meeting approved the new "Procedure for Transactions with Related Parties", after a favourable opinion has been given by the Related Parties Committee, in order to adapt the Procedure to Consob Regulation no. 17221 of March 12th 2010, as ultimately modified by Consob Resolution no. 21624 of December 10th 2020.

This document will apply from July 1st 2021 and will be published within the terms provided by the relevant legislation on the Company's website www.neodecortech.it(section Investors/Corporate Governance//Procedures).
