Neoen S.A. (ENXTPA:NEOEN) is seeking to offload its business in Ireland, along with its portfolio of operating wind and solar parks, the Irish Independent reports. The company is already searching for potential buyers and has allegedly hired Morgan Stanley to assist it in the sale process. According to the report, the potential transaction will include debt and equity and will be worth "hundreds of millions of euro".
