gpower, inc. agreed to acquire 0.27% stake in NeoPharm Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A092730) from Byungduk Park for approximately KRW 780 million on December 4, 2017. Under the terms of the deal, Gpower will issue new shares for the deal. The offer per share is KRW 38,860. Byungduk Park held 0.45 million shares and after transfer of 20,000 shares will continue to hold 0.43 million shares of NeoPharm. The exchanged stock of 20,000 stocks will be transferred to the Gpower established account by December 22, 2017.
