The former CEO of Viaccess has been names as the new chief executive of Netgem. Mathias Hautefort takes up the role on July 1 after the company's board of directors decided to separate the roles of chief executive and chairman. Hautefort, who is also a former deputy chief executive of Lyonnaise Cable (Noos) is one of the founders of Vitis, created in 2016 by Netgem, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and Groupe Oceinde.
