Zhai Guanhua agreed to acquire a 3.43% stake in Newlink Technology Inc. from Nebula SC Holdings Limited for HKD 54.5 million.

Zhai Guanhua agreed to acquire a 3.43% stake in Newlink Technology Inc. (SEHK:9600) from Nebula SC Holdings Limited for HKD 54.5 million on January 17, 2023. Under the terms, Zhai Guanhua will acquire 27 million shares in the transaction. Post acquisition, Nebula SC Holdings will hold 38.22% stake in Newlink Technology.
