The Company's facilities are used for cannabis cultivation as well as the processing, production and packaging of dry flower, cannabis oils and concentrates. Its products include Premium Bulk Flower, Premium Jarred Flower, Concentrate (Batter, Diamonds, Budder), Sauce Carts and Gummies. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Next Green Wave, LLC (NGW), Crossgate Capital US Holdings Corp., NGW Holdings, LLC and NGWB, LLC.
